Within the Netherlands you pay € 4.95. For an order abroad (Belgium, England, Germany, France, Italy, Spain) you always pay € 13.00 shipping. We send all our packages with PostNL.
RIVS payments are made in a safe and reliable online payment service of MultiSafepay.
Here are the various payment methods explained:
Credit card (Visa, MasterCard)
You can enter your credit card details securely via the secure SSL procedure *. MultiSafepay and your credit card organization ensure correct handling. It is clearly explained which actions you must perform at what time.
With this payment method you can process the payment directly with your own (Dutch) bank during the ordering process. You pay in your trusted internet payment environment, based on specific security methods of your own bank.
* SSL is a security protocol that secures communication (the connection between the user and the server) on the Internet. This allows data such as personal information or credit card information to be securely exchanged, without the risk of it being passed on to third parties.
• If you want to order an article in the RIVS webshop, you can do this by clicking the 'Order' button for the article in question. The item is in your shopping bag; a notification will appear on your screen. At the top right of each page there is a link to your shopping bag. You automatically end up in your shopping bag when you click on it.
• In your shopping bag you can change the item by clicking on the pencil icon. You can click on the cross behind the item or on the button 'empty shopping cart' to remove all items from your shopping bag. You can also change the number of items you want to order in the number column. You can continue shopping via the 'continue shopping' button.
• You can enter a discount code on the left side of the shopping bag.
• You can indicate whether you want to receive our newsletter and you must indicate that you agree with our General Terms and Conditions.
• If you want to pay for your item, click on the 'Proceed to checkout' button. If you want to continue shopping, click on the 'Continue shopping' button.
• Check your entered details carefully; after clicking on the button 'Proceed to checkout' you can no longer change your order.
• After clicking on the 'Proceed to checkout' button, you will be taken to the secure environment of your own bank.
• If you click on 'Pay', you will end up in the vicinity of your bank. As mentioned above under the heading payment options, this connection is secured via SSL.
• Have you paid for your order through your own bank? Then your order is completed and you will be returned to the RIVS webshop. You will receive an email with a confirmation of your order. We will send your order as soon as possible.

All our prices include 21% VAT.
The ordered items will be sent to you as soon as possible. Delivery of your order takes a maximum of 4 working days. The items ordered by you will be delivered to the address you entered on the order form. You can enter a billing address and a delivery address on the order form. These two addresses do not have to be the same.
In the Netherlands
Once the financial transaction of your order has been successfully processed, the order will be delivered as soon as possible. We have a delivery limit of up to 4 working days, but we strive to have your order delivered the next day.
We use the services of PostNL for the delivery of your order. We are not liable for delays at PostNL.
If you order on the weekend, your order will be processed on Monday.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE & RETURNS
Below you will find all necessary information about our exchange and return procedure if you are not satisfied with an item.
• After receiving the item, you can exchange or return an item within 14 days.
• An article must be returned to us undamaged, unused, clean and if possible in the original packaging. You may fit an item, but you may not use the item and do not remove labels or price tags if you want to exchange / return the item.
• The costs for returning an item are for your own account. A shipment must be sent with a track and trace code. Shipments without a track and trace code will not be accepted.
• You must register your return / exchange with us in advance. An item to be exchanged must be in stock.
• After receiving and checking the returned item, the money will be refunded to your IBAN number within 14 days. In the event of an exchange, you will receive the new item.
• You can also exchange or return an item in our store in Alkmaar. You will not receive a refund in the store if you hand in your return item there. Your money will be refunded to your IBAN number via the RIVS head office. An exchange can be handled directly in the store.
• SALE items that are bought in the RIVS webshop can always be exchanged or returned (of course within 14 days after receipt). SALE items bought in the RIVS store in Alkmaar may not be exchanged or returned. We make a distinction between the exchange and return procedure in our store and the webshop. In the store you can fit, feel, see the item. This is not the case in the RIVS webshop. That is why you can exchange or return SALE items bought in the RIVS webshop, but not SALE items bought in the RIVS store in Alkmaar.

You can send an e-mail to: [email protected] We will handle your complaint as soon as possible and ensure that everything is handled properly. You will receive a response from us no later than 14 days after your email. This period is in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Thuiswinkel.
