Is your order not what you expected or would you like to exchange your orded article(s)? You can send your order back through your local postalservice.

You may send an order retour or you may exchange an article within 14 days after receiving the article. The article needs to be undamaged, unused, clean and preferably in the original packaging, in order to return or exchange it.
You may fit an article, but you may not use the article. Moreover, please do not remove the price tags or labels if you wish to return the article.
The articles which are returned to us, will be examined at their arrival.
 
RETURNING ARTICLES IN THE STORE
You may also return the article in one of our stores. Please send an e-mail to [email protected] with your name, the order number, your account number, in which store you would like to return your order and when you expect to come by.
Have you ordered multiple articles? Please also mention in your e-mail which article you wish to return or exchange. Your money will be deposited by the RIVS headquarters.
Please note that you will not receive a refund when you return an article in the store, but you will receive a gift voucher. The exchange or retour will be settled immediately in the store.
 
REFUNDS
After receiving your returned article, you will receive a refund within 14 days on the account number which you mentioned in the retour form.
In the case you wanted to exchange an item, you will receive the new article within 14 days.
 
SALE ARTICLES
When you bought an article of RIVS from the SALE and you are not satisfied with your purchase, it will be possible to exchange or return these articles. The same procedure as mentioned above will apply.
When returning a SALE item, you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount (the SALE price).
Please note that any SALE items bought in the RIVS Storeem may not be returned. We make a distinction between items bought in the Webshop and items bought in the physical stores, since you will not be able to feel or fit the items you bought in the Webshop.
